My Signature's Bigger Than That

How much RAM would you expect that the Space Shuttle operates on? 1Gb? 128Mb? Less?

What would you say to 1Mb? Yep, that's all the old girl(s) need. Pretty fantastic engineering to design the software that runs so many necessary functions and only needs 1Mb of RAM. Modern programmers could learn a lot from those old coders.

Motherboard looks at the Space Shuttle program in preparation to saying goodbye.
