I've been a big fan of Leo Laporte since the old TechTV day(G4 is just not the same). If you're in the business, you've probably talked to someone just like this lady. It's almost like she doesn't have a clue and is proud of it. Leo, as always, is grace and class personified, and really tries to help the lady.
