Both Texas and Utah's legislatures aren't too sure on this whole GLOBAL WARMING business and have politely requested that the EPA rethink "...its carbon dioxide reduction policies, programs, and regulations until climate data and global warming science are substantiated...."
LOL, sorry, couldn't resist. Nah, they weren't that polite. And as well they shouldn't be. It's a crock of monetarily and politically motivated B.S. The temps, they aren't a 'risin', and all the data presented thus-far is unsubstantiated at best (and tinkered with, at worst).
