Would you pay $3000 for a home-sized Bloom Box? That's about the price of a low end central air unit, so the price is reasonable.

I guess it depends on how much it saves me on my electric bill. Definitely something to think about. Also, looks like the first big customers will be power providers. They can cut down on transmission loss by placing industrial Bloom Boxes near their customers. Smart.
